Healing Into Beauty

Our successes and our failures are what make us who we are. It’s all part of our healing and all of it has value. I believe the best healers are those who can connect with their own experiences and then in turn connect with what is happening for their client.

Through my practice of healing work, I notice that almost all of us, myself included, are often unaware of how much our own power is restricted, how much of our life is limited until we begin to explore into those tight spaces between structure and softness. Finding ways to have gratitude for all you’ve experienced and learned to live through can be healing and transformative. That’s the beauty of it all. The experiences that are most challenging, the most uncomfortable, the wounds we acquire along the way, are the gateway into our greatest gifts, making us wiser, more open and more available to access healing and expansion.

We really do have the power to create our own reality.

Spiritual growth involves giving up the stories of your past so the universe can write a new one.
